Bring picnic blankets, food for everyone to share, drinks and if we're lucky enough to have nice weather then don't forget the suncream.
We'll coordinate between us nearer the time who's bringing what food so we don't have too many sausage rolls.
It also happens to be the Ladywell 10,000 on the same day so we'll head to watch a couple of 10k races later on in the afternoon.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
