A social easy-paced run where we all keep together and chat! Meet 8.10am Sunday 11 August outside Ealing Broadway station for a 8.20am start.

If it's warm day, please apply sunscreen, where a hat and bring a bottle of water with you.

If you want to stay and volunteer at Acton junior parkrun after our run, please sign up here (but that's not essential!).

GoodGym Ealing is teaming up with We Run Ealing for this run, a borough wide initiative to encourage people of all abilities to get active!

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
