HOPE Nottingham
how we help Hope Nottingham's vision is to 'inspire and grow communities of Hope throughout Nottingham and beyond'. We are a Christian charity, which supports those of all faith or none. We work in shared mission with local churches and community groups, empowering volunteers to serve those in need in neighbourhoods all around Nottingham. Hope House in Beeston and our newly developed Carlton Community Hub have become one-stop community support centres, working in partnership with many local agencies, to provide places of trust and transformation for local people. Hope Nottingham operates many neighbourhood Foodbanks across the city, helping people out of crisis and directing people to life-changing support. Some of these centres are beginning to develop the same model as Hope House to meet the physical, material and spiritual needs of local communities.

We will be returning to the Meadows Foodbank on Wednesday 9th April 2025 to help out with various tasks. This might include cleaning, moving stock, packing bags and tidying areas of the foodbank.

We will meet at 6.30pm and be done at 7.30pm.

New members are always welcome and this is the perfect time to come and find out what GoodGym is all about. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please note that there will no longer be a run before this task. However, if you plan to run or cycle there why not reach out to see if anyone else wants to join you? Comment on the task below or on the WhatsApp group.

As we know from previous visits, the foodbank relies heavily on donations. If you are able to bring along anything to donate, they would be very grateful.

If you have any questions about GoodGym at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
