Newham University HospitalWe've got Newham University Hospital pencilled in for this week's task (26th Nov), tbc nearer the time.
Likely that we'll be doing some work to clear the overgrown shrubs and weeds in the sensory garden, keeping it fully accessible for the patients and staff. Please bring a headtorch and gardening gloves if possible.
This is our longest run, so we will likely split into 2 groups, but everyone is welcome to run at their own pace and there will be backmarkers to ensure nobody is left behind.
For anyone new to GoodGym or our group in Newham, we meet in the courtyard at the Print House. Look out for anyone in a red t-shirt and come and say hello - we love to meet new people! There are toilets that we can use at the Print House, but unfortunately limited bag drop facilities at the moment.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Newham University HospitalOptions are available to run between 5km and 10km in total
Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
