Pre-valentine spreading the love - remote litter picking
13 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Greenwich.
- Saturday, 13th of February 2021
- Led by Rachel Henry
With temperatures hovering around the freezing mark many of us wrapped up for our litter picking session today. Thanks to all our efforts, our hoods are that much cleaner!
Spot some creative photoshopping to get that red letterbox in there! Fun fact: the first boxes to be painted red were in London in 1874. They continue to be a great source of pride for Royal Mail who maintain them regularly.
Congrats to Lucie Lopez for your first community mission - I'm sure it will be the first of many!
Don’t forget our Pancake day shenanigans on Tuesday - all are welcome! https://www.goodgym.org/happenings/pancake-day-shenanigans
Stay warm everyone,
Rachel
