Milton Picnic on the Green

Milton Forum is operated by the community for the community, in a voluntary capacity. The event is considered an important part of protecting a family space and encouraging locals to come together, along with an invitation to visitors, and exploring opportunities available to them that support healthy, happy living. A demonstartion fo support for the evnt will enable the Forum to strengthen applications for funding and forming longer-term working relationships, that enable the event to grow and develop with the needs of the people. We ultimately wish to continue to improve on the quality and sustainability of this event for the generations.

We are inviting support for the day with loading/unloading equipment from transport, setting up and taking down tables / gazebos, monitoring the area for cleanliness and safety, as well as stewarding the community to ensure they are able to access and navigate the space as needed.
