First of all, a big WELCOME to Grace and Abby who joined for their first GoodGym runs this evening. WELCOME! Welcome back to Kat who has been MIA with work for a couple of months.

A MASSIVE congratulations to Judy and Tony who both celebrated their 100th good deeds tonight. CONGRATULATIONS!

Another AWESOME achievement from Maxine who got to wear the hat to mark her 50th good deed while sporting her new black 50 t-shirt. And also, congrats is due to both Michael and Joe who are growing some great moustaches for Movember. Well done guys!

Moving on and out...

A very wintry Wednesday found us warmly welcomed back to one of our regular tasks at Naomi House.

Many hands make light work and we were split into two groups. One group headed upstairs and another remained downstairs as we got to work hanging and sorting donations for the sale.

The usual set of brilliant discoveries were made amongst the donations and we managed to get through some big piles of bags.

After heading back to the community centre, the group were treated to a fitness session involving a but of competition and gamesmanship as teams were split into exercise circuits that lasted as long as the other team took to run a lap.

All in all another wonderful evening spent with good(gym) company, doing good(gym).
