Katie and I used the muscles that GG has given us to move the sofa out of the garden gate onto the road ready for the council collection tomorrow. 🛋🚚

This week we've seen lots of activities for Diabetes Awareness Week, demonstrating true GoodGym spirit in the fight against diabetes.
Some of us opted for walks, whilst others opted for runs, and some bike rides too! A huge shout out to Tracey in demonstrating true warrior spirit, and to Lucy and Abby who took part in the Hoppit Half Marathon and Marathons.
Well done everyone. It's so good to see you all moving and making the most of the week!

Todays group run saw us head back to North End baptist to help them with their weed problem. Catherine gave us a tour of their newly refurbished hall that looks incredible! And then we were put to task with gloves and bags to pull out the weeds and clear the accumulated rubbish.
We found many ant colonies that were none to pleased with us removing their cover from the summer sun. But we had a very importANT job to do. I am happy to report that unlike most litter picks, no pANTs were found this time!
We left with some kindly donated cold beverages to help cool off.
