Tonight was a special night as it was Scott's last run with us before he starts his new adventure in Cambridge.

*We had a nice short run tonight to St Stephen's Square where the team were going to dig up an area of grass for the new community garden there. *

The team had 40 minutes to spade or fork and I have to say the before and after photos are pretty impressive!

It goes to show how good the community is in Norwich as we were located beside a pub and half way through the task the landlady brought us out some water.

Laura discovered a couple of interesting shaped dangling objects while digging... we will stop that line here I think haha!

Once we finished the task we got a cool photo of the team either side of the turf looking like they were having a Turf War!

Then it was off to Chapelfield Gardens for long fitness session as we had plenty of time remaining.

To start with we did a relay style run around the perimeter of the park, which is about 650 meters and everyone did this twice.

Then it was on to the 16-minute EMOM, which means Every Minute On the Minute. Minute 1 was 10x V-Sits, minute 2 was 16x Lunges, minute 3 was 15x Push-ups, minute 4 was 8x Down-ups and that repeated 4 times. I have to say it was the most shattered I've seen people look at the end of a GoodGym session :-)

It was back to The Forum and Scott brought out some baking he had done... the rocky road was lush! As we like to do at GoodGym Norwich, we then went to the pub for a drink and a natter plus a pizza from Brick Pizza to give Scott a good send off, he'll sure be missed by everyone. Hopefully GoodGym will launch on a different night in Cambridge and we can go out there to pay him a visit.
