18:45 - 20:30Join us this Wednesday evening outside the Hat Factory on Bute Street, next to the giant orange LUTON sign, for our Group Run.
In this session we'll be running out along the busway to the Kingsway Recreation ground and the 61FC clubhouse. The football season has come to a close and is the perfect time for a deep clean of the changing rooms after all the muddy midwinter matches.
It's a 3km distance to the clubhouse which is doable for fast walkers, we'll set you off early to give you time to get there. Same for the return journey
