This weeks task was to clean windows at our friends Chelmsford Mencap

We met as usual in the ARU sportshall and chatted about what we'd been up to over the past week. A big shout out to Gerry, James G and Ken on their successful marathons on sunday. Also a huge congratulations to Joel on completing 100 good deeds. well done everyone.

We made our way through the city centre ( stopping for some squats at the traffic lights and a quick dash through the subway) until we arrived at mencap where Kevin was there to greet us. Breaking off into groups we set about making the windows sparkle to give the place some light. So a big thank you and well done to eveyone.

After some well earned cake ( they were lovely, Thank you) we set of into the night for an extended run back making our way into the park before turning back to base. Talk turned to up coming quizzing and Especially a Friend themed one...if you you know your Ross from your Rachel or your Joey from your Janice then message Laurie or myself if you'd like to know more.

We arrived back at ARU and stretched off and then discussed next week group run, which....
