The last day of February bought the Northern Lights to Essex so the first day of March meant the goodgym shooting my stars came out to play!

We collected litter on the paths with a Muntjac barking in the distance and chatted as we looped back up Balkerne Hill for a little fitness on the hill and some work to finish.

And if course we found half a sofa in a bush...
