Seven Leeds GoodGymers made it to the community allotments at Cross Green to help with a couple of manual jobs. We welcomed Ben on his first Good Gym mission and admired the raised beds; the poly tunnel; and the established orchard areas. Then we got to work digging out topsoil to widen the entrance area and weed and rake a border ready to be seeded with wild flowers. The warm sunny evening made this a delightful outdoor workout. We look forward to a return visit.
