Another Outstanding Job Completed by the GoodGym Woking Superheros Tonights action took place back at Beaufort Primary School. This week we had the task of staining fences. This will help brighten up the school and give them a fresh new look ready for the Summer Term.
Perfect Weather for being outside
You couldn't ask for better weather to be out on a GoodGym run. We ran the 3.6km down the canal to the school. The canal was a hive of activity with many families out on their bikes. We were dressed in our red GoodGym Tops and were ready for our weekly task. Feeling like superheros on our way to save the day. Although we quickly realised that we should not give up our day jobs and become painters but we still did a pretty darn good job.
Don't give up your day job.
With 3 large fence panels looking much browner we had the excitement of Barbara's Shortcut to look forward too. It was nice to be joined by some members who we haven't seen for a few weeks... Welcome back Connor, Helen and Monica In total we completed 7km of running, and what a lovely evening to be out.
Get Set, Go!
This week we found out that Helen has signed up to her first 10km at the all nations 10km in Dorney Lake on the 12th of May. We wish you a BIG good luck from all of us at GoodGym Woking. This weekend is the big weekend for George who is completing the Fox Ultra - 60km..... we look forward to hearing how you got on - Good luck. Also a well done to Holly who competed the Brutal last weekend and managed 1st Lady!!
Next Week
Remember to get signed up for next week - we are off to Church. Have a great week and enjoy the Sunshine
