Tonight we decided to do a short litter pick around 1000 Trades before Rob led the way on a 6k run.

We set off running around the Jewellery Quarter, before heading through Ladywood, onto the canal via Brindley Place, then back to 1000 Trades.

Rob and James pushed hard up the last hill, with Jonny lagging behind after his interval session earlier!
