It was rather cold and windy Saturday morning but a Norwich GoodGymer donned their layers, cleared out their panniers and rode to the Foodbank to collect a parcel for Mr D. Before Christmas Jen had biked the same couple of kilometres out of the city to help Mr D out. There was a good head wind that day too! Mr D was very pleased to see a familiar face and have another chat. And grateful to ‘the good folk at GoodGym’ for helping coordinate and drop off some food supplies. The slice of Christmas cake went down a treat, yum.
