Met myself at the Coffee Cup and saw one of the GG Portsmouth running groups, and had a quick hello and off I went with a nice brisk pace. I walked a lovely out and bsck to Eastney Point and felt quite chuffed that I was able to keep up with the lead walker.. ME! Had some fantastic conversations in my head and sang the Harry Neillson 'all by myself' quietly whilst I walked along.
