Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by anne malcolm
Ms S had been left with a garden full of leaves and branches of various sizes and after a sizable buddleia had been cut back. Our job was to bag up all the garden waste ready for collection.
Two hardy runners braced the biting winter air and set to, cutting and snapping branches down to baggable size. They even cleared the garden of all the litter that had also gathered in corners and got stuck fast in the ground.
In just an hour, the job was done and all the trimmings bagged up.
Extra cheer for David who had already spent the morning outdoors on another community mission nearby.
