An Evening of Shear Joy
5 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.
- Wednesday, 19th of January 2022
- Led by David Mansfield
A fab five Goodgymmers assembled and warmed up before heading off to our task at a woodland footpath.
The brambles and bushes along this footpath needed cutting back to make the path accessible again so we set to work with shears and loppers to open up the space and make it a welcoming path down to the riverside footpath.
50 metres in we connected with the riverside footpath and our task was complete, so we thanked Peter and William from Penrose Roots for lending their time and tools to this task and headed back into town via a quick core workout in the park.
