On a very rainy and windy Saturday morning, Jo, Paul and Rosie headed to the vaccination clinic to assist with the patients coming in for their vaccines. This was Rosie's first time at the clinic and she was put straight to work on the front door with writing out the cards. We soon had the waiting room full within the first 20 mins, especially as there was already a long line before the 1000 start. Jo was meeting and greeting and ensuring hand sanitiser was given. Paul was ready for the heavy rain and was on the back door making sure patients headed to the tent and helped to escort patients back to cars. We were kept very busy today and had to make sure people weren't out in the rain too long. We had a range of people in today, some very young for their first vaccines and some into their mid 90's. Rosie headed off after 1 when Tracey arrived for the 2nd shift. Paul and Jo remained at the clinic to assist for the remainder of the day.
