Well I like to have a ball when I do a plank..... sometimes ha ha !!
I see we had a few of us up for the being still challenge and whilst not many testimonies or photos I am pretty confident if you hit it right you are feeling all the stronger already
So .... why stop there ? Make it part of your plan every week 2/ 3 times such a great portable exercise you can take anywhere with you so, go for it!!
