To celebrate our mini heatwave, we started last night by playing a game of 'Hotter or Not in London'? The premise was pretty simple- we each had to take a guess whether or not is was warmer in a range of cities around the world. Would you believe that last night we were hotter than Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, the south of Italy and Porto? No wonder we were so cheerful, if a little sticky!

Our job last night was to help out the Cultivate London charity at Berrymede school, so after a quick run down there we met up with Romina who set us up with our range of jobs. The first was some much needed (for both us and the plants) watering, while other tasks included emptying waste bags, shifting compost, and transporting bricks, sand and mortar. Phew!

After all that work all that was left was a run back to base and some static stretches on the Green. This weekend there are all sorts of fun things coming up, including GoodGym rounders on Saturday afternoon, as well as GoodGym Gunnersbury parkrun takeover.
