Report written by York runner
5 glorious good gymers cycled & ran(ish) to the wonderful Kyra Women's Project to help them move offices. Once directions were given, the gorgeous good gymers were instructed to strike a pose for the pre-task piccys. Then the action began. 🎬 Filing cabinets were smoothly slid from office 1 along the corridor carpet to a temporary home in the kitchen. Headscratching and various sliding, tilting, turning actions were employed attempting to get the desk to fit through the door. Lucy came up with a miraculous solution, the desk slid through the door and to it's new home. We still don't know how! Filing cabinets swiftly followed from office 2 to office 1. Then cabinets from the kitchen were slid back along the corridor to office 2. Just to build up a few more muscles a filing cabinet that should have remained in the kitchen was relocated to office 1 & back again! Job done speedily & (nearly) efficiently. We were thanked and offered refreshments, but in true good gym style they were declined as the call of a cafe en route to another good task was calling 4 of the 5.
