My daughter Jess joined me on the litter pick this morning.

She was armed with the litter picker and I took charge of carrying the bag of rubbish!

We soon found many

• Masks
• Cans
• Yop bottle with yucky yogurt inside!
• Elastic bands
• Lucozade bottles
• Wire
• bottle tops

We were thanked by 3 different people of which one man said "very noble, very noble" and one woman interested in the work that Goodgym does.

After an hour and a full bag we then headed to our local Kofra for a hot chocolate and a coffee! (in a compostable cup...naturally!)
