Five Goodgymers met up for a spot of heavy lifting for a brilliant charity, Free2Be, which supports young LGBTQ+ young people in Wandsworth. A special shout out to Clare who came along for her very first GoodGym experience - great to meet you! - and to Yorkie Louise who flew in super early this morning and still made it to the mission! We were met by Nicki, who showed us the small office the charity has been working out of for the past couple of years. Our job was to move all the furniture out of that space into a brand new office (with windows!) a couple of floors up. It was quite a twisty turny route, but we formed a bit of a human chain, and started shifting . Out came filing cabinets, chairs, tables, posters, computers and artwork, all making their way up the stairs with a bit of GoodGym muscle. Half an hour later, and after a bit of a struggle with a bulky cabinet heroically overcome by Linda and Matthew, the task was complete. Nice job everyone!
