I spontaneously decided to do a mission on a trip to big London on Uncle duties. I had a refreshing drizzle on the way to Caius House and a humid return leg of around 1.6km. The staff were lovely and when Liz turned up she was so welcoming and gave me the grand tour - fantastic facility. We then set a room up for Aspire2Inspire with colour coordinated chairs, banners and leaflets. Maybe my goodgym tourism will bring me back next year.
