Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
20 runners ran a hard pyramid session around London Fields led by Pritesh Mistry and William Lee Dowsett. It was nice.
Pritesh Legion
No task? No problem! While we didn't have a task this evening, we were left in the capable hands of Pritesh, who took us up to London Fields for some good old fashioned running. We had some pyramid intervals planned, but weren't sure exactly how to implement them. Where there was Will, however, there was a way, as Mr. Dowsett whipped out a packet of chalk and explained all.

It's Good to Chalk
The pyramid consisted of one, two, four, four, two and one minute runs, with short breaks in between. We were each given a piece of chalk to mark how far we got after each of the first three intervals. We then ran the second three, trying to get past the corresponding chalk marks each time. It was a great way to push ourselves right through to the end and pack a really intense speed session into a short space of time.

For Quads' Sake
We ran back to Hollybush and had a good long stretch, while Pritesh updated us with all the GoodGym news, including this weekend's 10K and next Thursday's monthly drinks in Holborn.

Many thanks to Pritesh Mistry and William Lee Dowsett for running tonight's run in absence of Tom Craggs.
