Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
The final Wednesday of Colchester GoodGym had arrived.
We met at our usual base of Leisure World Colchester ready to set off to the task for the evening ,a visit to the Emmaus Warehouse. There was the usual chat and banter on the way to Emmaus. Everyone was, as usual, happy to see each other, share news about our lives and just enjoy being together.
After the task of sorting out clothes at Emmaus we ate some snacks with the afore mentioned cheese puffs proving very popular amongst some of the group, mentioning no names of course.
I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say how much I've enjoyed GoodGym since we started in August. We all look forward to every Wednesday. We've done some excellent work for the community in Colchester which I'm sure has been appreciated. New friendships have been made, making the GoodGyming even more enjoyable.
To quote my fellow Colchester GoodGym member Catherine-
'I'm so glad to have joined GoodGym and really found a club I feel part of and enjoy'.
Thank you to our wonderful coach Angela without whom we wouldn't be where are today.
Happy Christmas to all the Colchester Goodym members.
Some of us are doing a long run on Tuesday 27th December as we prepare for the 2017 Colchester half marathon. So if you would like to join us please contact me through Angela. Season's Greetings to all. Looking forward to 2017 and it won't be long before the lighter evenings.

Thanks to Ian for that cracking report. I've also got a lot in store for Colchester Half Marathon prep, including a webinar TONIGHT and some coached training runs on the course. All the links and information is available HERE
Our first group run of 2017 will be on Wednesday 4th January at 6:45pm at LeisureWorld. See you there, and thank you for being an absolute pleasure to coach.
