This morning was the first junior park run of the year as the previous week was cancelled due to flooding in the park.

On this chilly morning James, Wayne, Adam, & Anne carried out volunteering roles.

Anne who is currently training for the San Francisco marathon🏃‍♀️ later this year ran an impressive 12k this morning.

Anne has really been doing some impressive regular run’s recently and long May it continue.

Wayne who is currently suffering from calf spasms did a 20k bike ride this morning to maintain his fitness.

This morning James was run director and as always was very busy this morning and was grumpy with me as I forgot his coffee 😮 but luckily Adam came to the rescue with a big cup for him ☕️.

Myself Adam & Anne were Marshals around the 2k course cheering & encouraging the runners around.

This morning 100 runners braved the cold with 20 1st timers.

The fastest time was an impressive 08:24 with another 13 PB’s. Regards Wayne
