It's a six-pack of cheers for everyone who took on the Core Blimey challenge this week for the training session.
Four of us took part in a killer abs work out that included:
8 x Russian twists
8 x dead bugs
30 second side planks (each side)
8 v sits
30 second front plank
If you haven't tried this circuit before, give it a go and feel the burn!
I loved Louise's commitment of completing the workout in the ravishing red of GoodGym. Top marks!
