GoodGym Nottingham returned to Sherwood to help tidy up after the Art Week Craft Fair. This time, Tom and Rachel went along to help with this task.

On arrival, the fair was still in full swing and visitors were making the most of the sunshine and good music. We had a few minutes to browse the craft stalls before packing began in earnest just after 4pm.

Our first job was to take down the bunting which we had put up less than 24 hours prior. Not before we had a few positive comments on how nice it looked (Peter).

Next Tom took on the challenge of dismantling a number of gazebos with some of the other volunteers (no mean feat on what was a full-on hot sunny afternoon). Meanwhile, Rachel helped with other bits and pieces including taking down some flags, litter picking, putting the chairs back in lines in the main church hall and running the hoover around the carpeted areas.

Thanks to Rachel and the rest of the Sherwood Art Week team for having us and we look forward to helping at some of the other projects you're involved in.
