I went over to London Fields to do some gardening for a woman who's been suffering with nerve pain in her back. Mrs O is from Jamaica and came over to the UK with family as a teenager, moving to her current place near the park in 2008. She said the sciatic pain she's been experiencing was a result of two discs in her back converging and she's awaiting treatment.

In her garden a golden privet hedge had become overgrown so I gave it a nice haircut and pulled out the weeds from the flower beds. It was nice meeting her and I'm glad GoodGym could provide some support.
