A lovely visit to Mrs M where we had a catch up chat and then completed two crosswords. They were a little easier than previous and we only needed to cheat a couple of times.

We finished up the afternoon chatting about books and in particular Charles Dickens whose birthplace was Portsmouth so he’s a local favourite. I gave Mrs M a plot summary of a tale of two cities as she’d never read it. I need to read more Dickens so we can discuss more as I have only read the one 🫣.
