Thank you Alice for stepping in to lead this session. It was thoroughly enjoyable to pootle around Abingdon parkrun in the sunshine and then have coffee and chatter afterwards.

Well done to all those who also cycled there and back; making it a DIY duathlon. Maybe we should have had a quick dip in the river to make it a Triathlon?!
