Doing our good weed for the day
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Greenwich.
- Friday, 28th of February 2020
Determined not to let the weather dampen either spirits or productivity, Kim and Linda spent a cheerful hour tidying and pruning Mrs M’s back garden. We quickly had it looking neat, ready for the approach of spring. One good thing about all the recent rain was that it meant the ground was soft and the weeds easy to pull up! Kim went the extra mile and dug a straight border along the flower bed before we moved to the front garden to remove more weeds, as well as clearing litter from the path. Mrs M was a little disappointed that the lawn was too soggy to be mowed but hopefully this can be tackled on a drier day soon.

Well done Kim and Linda for a great mission - the garden looks much better! I'm sure the grass will be tackled on another day. Good work!
