Don't stop be-leafing
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.
- Saturday, 22nd of September 2018
Two GoodGymmers braved a rainy morning in Hackney to tidy ms M's garden.
Meeting in Hackney it didn't look like the weather would hold for long and sure enough it started a few minutes into the task. It takes more than that to put us off though! Ms M explained that the weeds had got out of hand in her small back garden and she love them to be tidied up.
We got to work pulling out the weeds in the flower beds and growing between the paving stones. An hours effort later we had removed a big bag full of weeds and left the garden looking tidy.
Ms M was delighted and will look forward to a second visit sometime to help in the front garden...
