An elderly lady and former neighbour, Mrs S has had a difficult last 12 months. Most recently she has been facing the real possibility of becoming homeless and struggling to find alternative accommodation for herself and her much loved dogs. We have been supporting her as best we can and when an opportunity to view a property to rent in a nearby village came up, I was happy to help arrange this for her. With appropriate social distance measures in place and face masks adorned Mrs S was able to have a good look around the property. Not wanting to spoil her chances of being accepted by having a scruffy 'lockdown look' companion with her, I even went to the extreme measure of putting on a dress for the occasion! Mrs S loved the property and hopes that her application will be accepted. Fingers crossed.......

As an antidote to dressing up I came back, dressed back down again and went and cleared some bracken from a local hedgerow......
