Easy like Junior park-runday morning! NJPNo.207
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Eaton Park in Norwich.

I spotted there was a gap in the roster at Norwich Junior parkrun and emailed them at juniorshelpers@parkrun.com
The lovely Frank Vickers replied with a 'yes please' and so Jessica and I were signed up for the volunteer role of Tailwalkers.
The morning started a bit damp but soon the sun came out and it was a glorious morning. So great to see so many youngsters not only running but taking on the volunteer roles. They knew exactly what to do as they took on their various volunteering roles.
We tail-walked with a lady called Lesley, chatting the whole way round, checking for last minute Juniors joining. Jess felt a bit odd not running off with all the Juniors, she did a few bits of running but then soon enjoyed the tail-walking!
We enjoyed saying 'Hello' to each marshal as we passed them. Using the walkie talkie is always a plus as we liaised with the Run director and other marshals to make sure everything ran smoothly. The country fair was on again today, so it was a little busier than usual.
There were 197 Junior parkrunners this morning!
Jess was really pleased to be the last and she got a finish token for her time. We sorted a few tokens at the end and then headed off to Eaton park cafe for drinks and then played some Pokemon Go around the park.
