Lovely to see everyone tonight for some glute strengthening time together (lockdown has us doing all sorts, huh?:))
For the first time ever, I remembered to take a screenshot of everyone's lovely faces! Yay! Once the photoshoot was completed, we started with a bit of a warm-up (this is a great pre-run warm-up as well) and followed with a selection of exercises to work our gluteus maximus, medius and minimum to ensure that all muscles in the booty got a proper workout! We finished with some lovely stretches for hips, glutes and back, ready for a relaxing Monday evening:)
