Cloudy start to our 4 KM run this afternoon. This run gives Kevin his six month mission streak badge.

On arrival greeted by Ms K who needed a flat pack TV unit putting together,made slightly difficult due to well worn screwdrivers but this duo will not be beaten.

Refreshments offered and Kevin never refuses a mug of tea.....especially when accompanied with biscuits!!

Once the biscuit power had kicked in the unit was finished in no time,quick tidy up and disposal of packing we said our goodbyes and headed off into the sun.

Leisurely stroll through West Ham Park with a visit to the ice cream man for a mission reward!.
