A few gym members came to support The Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley. The cinema is one of the oldest purpose-built cinemas in the country and has charitable status. It’s got a great café and some excellent films being shown over the Christmas period, including Kingsman and Westside story. We were looking to support the cinema by running round the streets delivering leaflets for the latest showings. easy enough! We warmed up with a short run and then started our good deed. When we had delivered all the leaflets given to us we did some short Circuit sprints before heading back for a hot chocolate at the café. All done within an hour. well done for coming, running and doing some good for you and our community.
