Norwich GoodGymer Jen cycled out on a sunny Saturday morning to collect a Foodparcel for Mrs C. After a 2 mile bike ride out of the city centre Jen arrived at Mrs C. Where her panniers wee unloaded and a chat had with Mrs C and her 2 little dogs. It was a lovely sunny day and Mrs C was very grateful for the food to restock her cupboards and fridge as well as a visitor to chat to. Always makes Jen smile when the recipients say ‘Oh, I thought you’d be in a car’. Doing good and getting fit at its best.
