We needed to hit the ground running this morning, with a need for 1 & 2 person crates ready for opening. Lucy was out front logging requirements and weighing. Maxine and Mel shared crate filling, and bagging up toiletry requests, helped by our honorary GG members Rob and Pat. The system worked well and the time flew. Whilst clients waited, they were able to get refreshments and chat to various people about other help available.
