The first GoodGym Luton mission under our new King Charles saw us return to Wardown Parkrun to support the event and cheer on all the runners and walkers.

Bonus points to Sam for getting up super early to set up the course ready for everyone to kick off their weekend. After a minute's reflection on the life and loss of the Queen, 260 runners with ages ranging from 6 to 91 headed for the start line, and we headed to the finish line to see everyone over the line and register their times.
