Ms. D had her new phone (a knockoff Doro) delivered to her over the weekend and I took time on Monday to set it up for her, but I couldn't seem to fix in the SIM card, so I took it home and after a helpful hand from my flatmate we managed to get it working. I came over on Wednesday early afternoon to show her how to operate the new mobile and saved my number as well as her carer's.
