Getting buff by running & buffing
10 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the Stephens House and Gardens in Barnet.

A few Good gym Runner‘s came together at the phoenix cinema to run the 2.5 km to Stephen‘s house in Finchley. We did some general introductions before setting off . Cloud acted as back marker and we stopped occasionally to do some additional exercises. This included foot taps, squat holds (against the wall) and step ups. We arrived after about 20 minutes and met up with Mel, Penny and Niki. Mel took us into the house up the old wooden staircases to show us how to treat the faded wood near the windows. We set about with polish and clothes applying and buffing up the wax. We took a break to do some gentle breathing exercises in the Stephen‘s room before continuing our work. five of us then run back to the Phoenix cinema to finish off. thanks for coming, running, getting buff with Goodgym Barnet!
