Getting to the root of the problem...we’ve bean here before 🤔
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the The wider Liverpool community in Liverpool.

Another day, another bag (or two) of carrots to peel, top, tail, and slice. GoodGym peelers, Carol, Sally and Pauline were welcomed with open arms, as volunteers were thin on the ground first thing this morning.
Fortified with cups of tea, water, pastries and nougat, the three donned plastic gloves and valiantly ploughed through kilos of the slippery root vegetables...
Part way through this task, a familiar, friendly face appeared at the door...bringing forth a shopping trolley filled with yet more donations...absolutely fantastic.
As the last carrot was sliced, five boxes of fine looking green beans took their place, and so the top and tailing resumed. Fortunately, other volunteers began to arrive and immediately got stuck in to the task.
Just in time, too, as a regular group of local walkers called in, for their weekly cuppa and pastry stop, some of whom then joined the weekly yoga class...it’s all happening in Waterloo!
