Sunny skies and optimism

After the horrendous weather we have been having , today arrived like a new years gift !

10 of us plus 3 dogs set off for a stroll along the seafront.We all paired up into twos and threes with the dogs running along too and caught up with what we have all been up to since we all last met up before Christmas.

At half way we stopped for coffees and a sit down overlooking the sea, sand and blue sky - I'm not sure if it could have been any nicer !

With a walk back a lot of the way along the shingle it gave us a bit more exercise too !

Next Sunday 8th Jan theres a beach clean and a fitness session starting at 09:45. The option is either or both. Meet outside Worthing Rowing club for both.
