It was all killer, no filler for today's fitness session and you guys smashed it.
With five rounds of four minutes and two exercises per round (maths! argh) it was short but intense. For twenty whole minutes we did 20 seconds of hard exercise with only a ten second recovery in between. Squat jumps, press ups, mountain climbers and the dreaded burpees - we did them all.
With that level of intensity you will have upped your metabolism, increased endurance and your aerobic capacity too. Well done!
