Goodgym barnet met online to do some yoga here is what some of them had to say about the session.
Afterwards I felt really nicely stretched out, and also much calmer/more relaxed. It was exactly what I needed!! I have been doing some yoga videos from YouTube but having it live and with people I know made it a much nicer experience as felt connected with everyone as well as getting the exercise!
It was easy to follow and challenging without feeling impossible. Some of the balances were quite difficult for now (always good to have something to work on though) and I found the flowing manoeuvres particularly enjoyable after a long day in an uncomfortable chair. I'd been struggling to understand the breathing before but some of your instructions really helped, especially making the fist along with the breath. The session felt mentally and physically relaxing and I slept much better.
